If you are unable to receive the art on the day it’s delivered couriers will determine if the art can be left in a safe and secure area such as between doors or with a neighbor. In the instance that this is not possible FedEx will attempt delivery two additional times and offers the option to pickup your parcel at a local FexEx office. Canada Post will provide a local postal location at which you will be able to receive your package in the event that you are not available to receive it upon delivery.
